Working hours: 5.5 days work week, alternate Sat, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 8.30am-6pm; Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
Primary Responsibilities:Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Assist customers in resolving inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly
Log customer interactions and update records in CRM or internal databases
Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or team leaders when necessary
Perform follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and systems
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines
Provide feedback to improve call center processes and customer experience
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
