Working location: North Region

Working hours: 5.5 days work week, alternate Sat, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 8.30am-6pm; Sat 8.30am-12.30pm

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly

  • Log customer interactions and update records in CRM or internal databases

  • Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or team leaders when necessary

Additional Duties:
  • Perform follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and systems

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT)

  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines

  • Provide feedback to improve call center processes and customer experience
