Requirement:
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Attend to enquiries and provide necessary service to resolve customers' needs
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Provide good customer service through product knowledge.
Assist in resolving customer issues relating to orders and inquiries.
Communicate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely and accurate order.
Support any ad-hoc duties as when assigned by leaders.
Receptionist x1
Requirements:
Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting for product redemptions
Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally (walk-in, phone, and email)
Manage redemption records, verify documents, and issue items accordingly
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organize the reception area
Coordinate with internal teams on redemption stocks and schedules
Provide general administrative support when needed
