Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design/A&A, A1 Main Con) - YL

Our client is a reputable A1 main contractor, highly regarded for delivering a portfolio of iconic projects, including mixed-use developments, residential and commercial buildings, MRT infrastructure, and theme parks. Due to an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to hire several Senior/Quantity Surveyors. There are opportunities to join their interior design specialist team, support their LTA project or to be involved in a large-scale mixed development project.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects

• Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate

• Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)

• Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable

• Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries

• Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards

What you will need

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry

• Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior position.
