Senior / Pharmacist - #1100028

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, medication dispensing, and regulatory compliance

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication review, therapeutic monitoring, and patient education

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to develop and implement treatment plans

• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by identifying and resolving drug-related problems

• Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and improvement initiatives

• Mentor and supervise junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and implement best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy

• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council and Form A license with Health Sciences Authority.

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and clinical pharmacy practice.

• Keep abreast with changing medical treatments by attending continuing medical education talks and seminars. Achieve mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and target training hours per year.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare providers and patients

• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and mentor junior staff

• Proficient in using pharmacy software and information systems

• A passion for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and improving patient outcomes
