Job responsibility
Office work
• Reading through repair and installation orders to determine the material, time, and equipment required.
• Responsible for ensuring all procedures are adhered to and comply with SOP and Safety standards of COG crane and workshop.
• Assist to source for technical supplies required for the asset for better economical the rates.
• Set up the workshop operation procedure and workflow of COG crane and workshop.
• Perform weekly/monthly review of Planned Maintenance System progress and work closly with CMMS department for PMS planning.
• Review and monitor spare parts inventory, and spare part good conditions.
• Evaluation of COG Crane & Workshop engineer requisition, and follow up the purchasing and delivery status.
• Plan for services, overhaul, and repairs of COG Crane, overhead crane, gantry crane and Crawler cranes.
• Generate Testing Plan for the performance of mechanical and electrical systems of COG crane and workshop.
• Remote guidance of Troubleshooting engine, hydraulic, and electrical problems, and test driving vehicles to gauge performance.
• Monitor and advice preventative and predictive maintenance of the COG Crane and workshop eqiupment.
• Review COG Crane daily inspection activity report and highlight the urgent or planned work at site.
• Generate weekly working list and monitor COG crane technical performance.
• Monthly / Weekly site verify and report conditions / status of COG Crane and inventory.
• Provide technical consultant and advice to site whenever at home, office or overseas.
Site work and technical duty
• Review and analysing diagnostic test result of machinery and advise to engineer if required.
• Bio-week site visit and review the completion of the weekly working list according to planning.
• Site job guidance and major machine repair attendance and supervision.
• Any other jobs assigned by management and/or the direct reporting officer.
• Set up and overview the workshop workflow and operation.
• Briefing and debriefing and appraisal of crane techinians.
Requirement
Min Degree in Mechanical engineering with min 5 years relevant experience in similar position,
Possess relevant Crawler Crane experience. Strong SANY brand of crawler crane experience is an added advantage
Min 5 years working experience in Crawler crane as Senior fleet engineer lead or Technical manager
Independent and resourceful. Highly proactive in general to ensure meeting deadline,
Ability to travel within short notice as required,
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and strong computer skills
Open minded, self driven personalities who want to take responsibility for the full operation of the cranes, and accept changes as they might occur.
Strong leadership with technical English language proficiency, good communication.
Fluently write and speak English, Bahasa Indonesia and mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
