IT Infrastructure & Security Operations Manager - #1099976

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer at Rajah & Tann Singapore, we are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Operations Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, cloud environment (Azure), and security operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in IT management, cybersecurity, and infrastructure planning, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems.

This role requires a proactive leader with hands-on technical knowledge who can strategically design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure and security measures while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including on-premise and Azure cloud-based servers, networks, and storage systems.

• Implement and manage security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect the company's data and IT assets.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing across on-premise and Azure environments to identify and mitigate security threats.

• Develop and manage an incident response plan to address and resolve security and IT-related incidents, ensuring business continuity.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT security, cloud governance, and data protection.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT and cloud services.

• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Prepare and present regular reports on IT infrastructure, Azure security posture, and system performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the legal / professional services industry would be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including on-premise servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud computing (Microsoft Azure).

• Proven experience in implementing security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS benchmarks.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
