Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Tender                

Job Location : Kaki Bukit (HQ)

• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects

• Interpret contract specification and drawings.

• Monitor project expenses and track budget allocation

• Study drawings, specifications for technical compliance & deviations.

• Preparing BOQ, Quantity Take-off.

• Getting proposal from vendor and subcontractors. Assess and evaluate subcontractor quotes and invoices

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions

• Helping in preparing commercial proposal

• Prepare tender documents and assist in contract negotiations

• Willing to walk project site 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer 

• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.

•  Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM,  MS Excel, etc.).
