Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of transportation and deliveries

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries

• Support the team in processing orders, managing stock levels, and optimising warehouse operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that may arise

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or customer service role

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and transportation processes

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
