Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day onsite operations, including inventory and equipment handling (e.g., toolcrib and vending machine management).

• Manage and resolve non-conformance issues in a timely manner.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, RFQs, and feedback.

• Coordinate demand forecasting and communicate internal requirements to relevant teams.

• Develop and manage commercial initiatives such as cost savings programs.

• Represent the company during regular customer meetings and discussions.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture and promote cooperation among team members.

Job Requirements :

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with basic financial metrics such as EBIT and working capital is an advantage.

• Willingness to work beyond standard hours when operational needs arise.
