Job Description
Order processing/prepare Sales contract
Handle emails / calls from customers and suppliers
Liaise with shipping lines / freight forwarders and arrange transportation of orders
Prepare export/import documentation and engaging surveyor for cargo inspection
Communicate order status with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents
Manage & check Letter of Credit (LC) issuance or negotiation as needed
Provide sales assistance and support information upon traders’ request
LC & vessel chartering compilation for record keeping
Communicate, update & follow up sales/purchase status within the organization needs
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Possess a Degree / Diploma
Possess at least 3 - 5 years’ Customer Service & Shipping experience
Prior experience in Letter of Credit (LC) is mandatory
Prior experience from Trading / Transportation industry is advantageous
Strong communications & interpersonal skills
