Job Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry to support system updates and maintain confidentiality
Handle administrative tasks related to PO, DO, and invoice coordination
Organize and manage proper documentation, including sorting, filing, and archiving
Track and validate service provider invoices
Support day-to-day clerical duties in the logistics office
Process inbound/outbound transactions, generate picklist using SAP
Assist with inventory reconciliation, billing, and other ad hoc logistics tasks
Job Specifications:
1–2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Familiar with inventory coordination and document handling
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
