Customer Service Officer (Office hours (1 Weekday and Sun Off), $2,000 – $2,300)
• West region
• 5 days per week depending on roster (1 weekday and 1 Sunday off)
• 9 Hours office hours settings (inclusive 1 hours break, 8:30am to 6pm)
• Attractive bonuses and allowance provided
Responsibilities
• Prepare and process daily customer orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Organize and manage invoices, including creating debit and credit notes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to compile and submit invoices on time via relevant portals
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required
Requirements
• Min O level and above
• Min 0.5 year of customer service work experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good Communication skills
