Administration
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational duties
Data entry of relevant information
Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing and dispatch
Attend to inquiries; walk-ins, phone calls and emails
Inventory of office supplies
Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave record
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Account Assistance
Support basic accounts-related tasks such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.
Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
High level of accuracy in tasks like scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and administrative tools.
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and handle unexpected issues calmly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Can handle a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
