The Healthcare Infrastructure Projects Division is a multidisciplinary team consisting of medical planners, architects, engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and asset management professionals, supporting the development and building of public healthcare infrastructure projects such as regional and community hospitals, specialist centres, polyclinics and nursing homes to prepare for future demand.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous professional to join our growing team.
To implement and support the Healthcare Infrastructure Project Division (HIPD) in developing its internal systems for managing operational processes and providing a central repository for all critical data, including the system used by the public healthcare institutions for facility management. Perform additional tasks as needed to support the company's functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Engagement: Understanding requirements, analysing expectations, and pitching ideas.
System Development: Creating prototypes and specifications, managing multiple parties involved, and reviewing deliverables.
Testing and Evaluation: Ensuring the system is thoroughly tested and evaluated for a successful roll-out.
Implementation and Support: Implementing systems for infrastructure projects within the division and across public healthcare institutions, providing post-roll-out support, and continually reviewing the system for enhancements.
Issue Management: Conducting root cause analysis, maintaining incident tracking, and working closely with users and/or vendors for bug fixes and system functionality reviews.
Training: Leading training sessions, consolidating feedback, and improving training efficiency.
Security: Reviewing security issues with consultants and ensuring timely resolution of vulnerabilities.
Additional Duties: Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job-related bachelor's degree. Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in project management, software development, system implementation, and maintenance.
Experience in managing projects and vendors, with certifications like CITPM, PMI, or COMIT being advantageous.
Participation in the full software development life cycle with hands-on development experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively across all organizational levels.
Strong abilities in analysis, conceptualization, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in web development, systems interfacing and SQL query writing.
Capability to work both independently and as a team player.
Ability to work under pressure and quickly grasp complex business and system workflows.
Skills in IT infrastructure is an added advantage.
