We are looking for a committed and resourceful Operations Executive to join our dedicated team. You must be someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence to support our business growth.
You will be managing the day-to-day operations of our outlets and supporting continuous improvement in operational systems and processes. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage daily operations of outlets and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Oversee and execute operational processes in a cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring alignment with the Company’s SOP
Plan, develop and manage maintenance programmes to ensure compliance with landlord requirements and legal regulations
Drive enhancements in operational systems, workflows, and best practices to support scalability and efficiency
Monitor, review, and control operational expenditures to ensure cost effectiveness
Identify, prioritize and lead projects that enhance operational performance and service delivery
Ensure all operational disruptions and emergencies are promptly addressed with minimal impact on business operations
Liaise with vendors, mall management, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely execution of works
Attend to field service requests and enquiries with proactive follow-up to ensure resolution
Coordinate M&E and fit-out projects for both new and existing outlets
Conduct regular operational audits and maintain accurate records and reports
Install, set up, and maintain hardware/software systems including POS, QR ordering, SAP, and HR systems; coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
Perform onsite and in-house troubleshooting for POS, SAP, server, domain, and HR systems

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the F&B or retail industry, are welcome to apply
Candidates without experience with a keen interest in operations are also encouraged to apply
Experience in managing M&E and fit-out projects will be an added advantage
Familiar with quality standards such as ISO, GMP, or HACCP is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with POS systems and basic IT troubleshooting
Problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willing to attend to urgent operational matters outside of standard working hours when needed
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice
