Job Description
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to development, launch, and continuous optimization.
Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform and refine product strategy.
Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, customer service, and external vendors.
Communicate product changes and updates to both internal teams and external partners/customers.
Collect and synthesize feedback from commercial teams, technical teams, retailers, and end users.
Report on product performance and KPIs to the Business and Finance teams.
Operational Excellence
Be accountable for Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations post-product launch.
Support the business operations team in resolving daily issues related to product usage, retailer activities, and customer inquiries.
Lead incident management efforts in collaboration with support and technical teams.
Agile Product Development
Champion agile delivery practices using M1-certified tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical scopes and user stories.
Define clear test and acceptance criteria for each release and enhancement.
Lead UAT and product validation exercises with internal and external stakeholders.
Product Analytics & Optimization
Own the creation, monitoring, and reporting of platform and revenue KPIs.
Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and operational data to identify improvement areas.
Produce regular performance and recommendation reports to optimize user experience and product effectiveness.
Lead continuous testing and optimization initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Mobile & Digital Expertise
Understand current mobile app frameworks, best-in-class app capabilities, and digital product design principles.
Provide expertise on native, hybrid, and PWA technologies, assessing trade-offs in customer experience, scalability, and time-to-market.
Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure customer-centric implementation in collaboration with development teams.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or software delivery, ideally within the telecom or tech industry
Familiarity with agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
Proven track record of translating business needs into product features and managing stakeholder communication
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Exposure to mobile or web app development, with an understanding of native vs. hybrid app technologies.
