Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily upkeep of audio and visual systems in assigned show areas and AV room.
Perform daily audio live show operations, external events, AV maintenance, pre-show checks, setup, and troubleshooting of equipment e.g. soundboard, wireless microphones, audio and video playbacks, amplifiers, speakers etc.
Aid and perform other duties to support programmes, special programmes, and the daily activities of the department as assigned by Supervisors e.g. crowd management, backstage duties, guest assistance, animal releases and other show ad-hoc functions.
Assist other Production Crew across the Mandai parks when necessary.
To comply with all work place safety rules and regulations when carrying out duties
Other relevant duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Training will be provided.
Job Requirements
Able to commit at least 3 times a week
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Able to work on night shifts when necessary
Able to work under pressure and multi-task in fast changing environment
Able to run audio live shows independently
Comfortable with animals
Able to carry heavy load
Fit to walk for long distances
