Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the team with meetings and company visits including manging the logistics for these meetings and visits.
Coordinate and organise seminars, workshops and outreach events.
Assist the team with administrative tasks in the publication of books and/or journals.
Assist the team with administrative tasks including venue bookings, procurements, database management, filing records and project-related processes.
Provide administrative support for contract-related workflow.
Perform secretariat duties such as minute-taking and creating PowerPoint slides.
Requirements:
At least Pre-University/Polytechnic qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Good proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Has previous experience in managing and coordinating events, such as workshops, conferences and symposia.
Relevant experience in managing research projects, grant calls, project budgets will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent and excellent team player.
Self-driven, meticulous and organized with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Have a strong interest to interact with a wide variety of people.
