About Us:
We are a fast-growing F&B restaurant chain with multiple business entities, committed to delivering high-quality dining experiences while maintaining strong financial discipline and compliance. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor to join our team and ensure the integrity of our financial operations and internal control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.
Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable Indian laws.
Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies.
Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.
Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders and shareholders.
Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.
Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification, such as ACCA or equivalent will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing or related financial roles.
Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial documents and audit reports.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High ethical standards with a strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
Adaptability to evolving regulatory environments and industry practices.
