Note: Pay range includes additional sales commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects in order to identify travel needs, present/explain Dreamcation products and make travel/cruise recommendations.
Handing of sales enquiries, liasing with clients via meetings/ e-meetings/ phone.
Performing admin duties such as reports, schedules, quotations etc.
Data entry to ensure all sales records, databases are up to date.
Assist in post-sales work which includes following up with client experience, getting reviews.
Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectation.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing consumers.
Acquires in depth industry and company knowledge in order to articulate travel/cruise product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products.
Perform other job related functions as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Able to commit to 5 working week, including Sat/Sun.
1 – 2 years of experience in the travel industry is an advantage
Able to work under pressure, organised, and able to manage own tasks.
Good time management.
Able to work independently, and also a team player.
Sales and service oriented.
Pleasant personality with excellent presentation skills.
Good communication and writing skills.
Good MS Office skills.
Good work ethics, self-driven and sense of urgency.
Remuneration & benefits will commensurate with qualifications & experiences.
