Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations? We are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Aftersales Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers/Supervisors to manage workshop throughput and capacity (KPI-driven).
Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in customer enquiries, ensuring all interactions meet Porsche’s high standards of professionalism and service.
Follow up on missed calls to ensure every customer receives timely and professional attention.
Respond to email and WhatsApp enquiries, ensuring all are attended to within the same working day (KPI-driven).
Prepare daily customer appointment sheets for Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers/Supervisors, and ensure timely communication with relevant departments.
Collect payments from customers for repair bills and spare parts purchases, adhering to company policy.
Arrange pick-up and delivery services, including valet and flatbed, upon customer or management request.
Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management to support the success of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in customer service, automotive service coordination, or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred.
