Accounts Executive - AR (No Experience) - #1099101

 Our Client:

• Security Service Provider

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Toh Guan

• UP $3000 Basic + AWS + Bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Handle issuance of down payment and progress claims billing, ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing and documentations

• Handle credit note issuance for decommissioning and invoice corrections

• Handle AR aging analysis, cashflow checking, and prepare internal reports for reconciliation purposes

• Prepare statement of account (SOA), send to customers, and assist with the management of overdue accounts

• Resolve internal and external disputes and enquiries involving accounts receivables

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent 

• No experience is welcome, training will be provided

• Singaporeans only
