Basic Functions:

He/she will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service for diesel generator systems across the region. This role involves customer training, handling warranty issues, and ensuring high service standards for our distributors and end-users. Ideal for candidates with strong mechanical/electrical background and hands-on experience with power generation equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and training support to customers.

• Deliver timely after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and service.

• Handle a wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity).

• Respond to customer complaints and emergency support calls (24/7 standby rotation).

• Process and review warranty claims; provide technical support on warranty matters.

• Conduct training for distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting.

• Maintain and update technical and training documentation.

• Support factory testing of special projects and investigate product failures.

• Work closely with key customers to ensure service satisfaction.

• Other service-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in diesel engines or gensets.

• Experience with engines such as MHI, MTU, John Deere, or Volvo is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills, team player, and customer-focused.

• Willing to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
