Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Development team by creating tailored marketing materials for B2B customers, including product brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, and customer toolkits.

• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.

• Manage and execute product marketing initiatives such as product launches, promotions, trade exhibitions, and webinars.

• Collaborate with Technical, Regulatory, Sales, and external vendors to ensure timely and aligned project delivery.

• Design and produce creative, technical-commercial content aligned with brand and regional objectives.

• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.

• Track and report on marketing performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of product marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the chemical or personal care industry

• Candidates from technical/laboratory backgrounds with strong interest in marketing are welcome

• Prior exposure to regional/APAC markets is advantageous

• Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong written and spoken English with business-level communication

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple timelines effectively
