Job responsibilities:
Design and execute strategies to enhance the patient experience
Develop and manage volunteer engagement programs
Analyze feedback from surveys, complaints, and compliments
Strengthen volunteer involvement by working with internal and external stakeholders
Handle feedback from patients, caregivers, and volunteers
Introduce innovative processes to improve service efficiency
Implement a structured recognition program to acknowledge and motivate staff and volunteers
Prepare and present monthly performance reports on patient feedback and volunteer engagement programmes
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Communications, Business, or equivalent
