About the role

This is a full-time Accountant (AR) opportunity at Rahi Systems Pte. Ltd. in the Toh Guan West Region. As an Accountant (AR), you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and credit control functions, ensuring efficient cash flow and financial stability for the business.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collections

• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies

• Manage the credit control function, setting and enforcing credit limits, and following up on overdue payments

• Prepare and analyse aged receivables reports, and implement strategies to improve cash flow

• Liaise with customers to resolve billing and payment issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc reporting as required

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or relevant field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts receivable/credit control, preferably in the Accounting industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
