Job Description:

We are a leading footwear retailer in Singapore and operate a retail chain of 37 stores.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily store operations

• Lead, motivate and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and personal targets/KPIs

• Develop strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

• Ensure high-quality visual merchandising presentation are in accordance with Company guidelines

• Coach and provide guidance to Sales Associates on product and customer service

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

• At least 3 Year(s) of related working as a Store Manager or Supervisor roles with at least 4 years in retail industry (Fashion/Sports/Apparels related) is required for this position

• 6 days per week: Retail hours (Shifts, weekends and Public Holiday)

• Keen to challenge yourself in a competitive market

• Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

• Highly motivated with a willingness to get hands-on when required

• A "people" person with the ability to build strong professional relationships

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Able to start within a short notice
