Assistant Assembly and Testing Technician | Boon Lay | $2800 | 5 Days #1627 - #1099001

• 1-year contract (renewable)

• Working Location: Boon Lay

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5.45pm)

• Salary range: $2800 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling mechanical structures, propulsion systems, flight controllers, and wiring harnesses for UAVs

• Follow detailed work instructions, assembly drawings, electrical schematics and system diagrams

• Assist in the installation and integration of payloads (e.g., cameras, sensors, communications equipment)

• Conduct preliminary system-level tests, including motor checks, power-up tests and sensor calibrations under supervision

• Prepare and organize materials, tools and components required for daily assembly operations

• Assist with firmware updates and basic configuration of autopilot systems as instructed

• Maintain accurate build records, testing logs and documentation of assembly activities

• Support troubleshooting activities related to mechanical fitting, electrical connections, or software setup

• Ensure all work is performed according to internal quality assurance procedures and safety guidelines

• Participate in test flights by supporting ground checks and post-flight inspections

• Any other matters assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec and above in Engineering

• Candidate with no experience welcome to apply as training will be provided

• Basic soldering skills, knowledge of crimping techniques and familiarity with assembly tools.

• Familiarity with tools like multi-meters, oscilloscopes or flight configuration software is an added advantage
