School Hospitality / Events Executive [West / 6-months renewable] - #1096634

JOB SCOPES:
Hospitality Operations:

• Support Hospitality team’s daily operations F&B and event spaces, ensuring high service standards.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on equipment and logistics hire/ to support event requirements and procurement of equipment and supplies for new accommodation facility during construction phase.
• Coordinate and support site visits / venue handover for different hospitality assets, including arranging for lighting, air-conditioning, and ensuring the premises are in presentable condition

Administrative Tasks:

• Prepare quotations and contract agreement to internal and external stakeholders for venue bookings
• Raising Purchase Orders for operating expenses of the various venues and facilitate bill arrangement to vendors.
• Setup and maintain a site using WordPress to support a photo competition, including content updates and site management.
• Assist with data input and tracking of financial information in P&L tables for venue-related assets and leasing spaces.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
