Rental & Leasing Executive (Sales) - #1098990

The Rental & Leasing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and maximizing revenue through proactive rental and leasing efforts. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing vehicle offerings to meet client needs, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end leasing process.  In addition, the role requires actively identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve individual sales targets while supporting overall operational excellence.

Job Description:

• Proactively source and secure new rental and leasing clients through cold calling, referrals, and field prospecting

• Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

• Develop customised leasing proposals to suit corporate and individual client needs

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle handover, documentation, and after-sales support

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Prepare quotations, agreements, and documentation for leasing transactions

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new sales opportunities

• Participate in marketing activities, roadshows, and campaigns to promote services

• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement in products and services

• Perform any other duties as assigned  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, leasing, or service-related industries

• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and generate own leads

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Customer-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

• Every Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
