1. Production Technician (Diploma Entry) /Up to $3,500

• Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure smooth operation 

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, identify and address any issues with machine operation 

• Troubleshoot production machines for mechanism and electrical issues to minimise downtime 

• Inspections to identify potential malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance 

• Work cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement in quality, productivity and cost reduction 

• Develop/modifications to equipment and processes to enhance efficiency and performance 

• Plan and execute improvement projects from conception to completion 

• Evaluate existing processes and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and quality 

• Develop and update programming for automated production equipment to optimise performance 

• Provide training to operators on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment as necessary

• Conduct kerosene washing to remove contaminants from ball bearings.

• Perform test to assess quality and integrity of ball bearings, documenting results accurately 

• Visual inspections to identify defects or abnormalities in the manufacturing process 

• Compile audit work papers and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy 

• Assist in the development of audit protocols and procedures 

• Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering

2. Machinist ('O' Level / Nitec /Higher Nitec) $1,800 - $2,300

• Support all production related activities.

• Ensure compliance of clean-room and GMP protocols.

• Ensure shipment, output and quality of products are met.

• Follow assembly instructions to put together parts and components to create finished products.
