As part of client company's Healthcare Industry team, working closely with the Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) division, this role will develop and execute integrated campaigns to promote Singapore's biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector and inspire students to pursue life sciences education and careers. The role involves managing both social media initiatives and supporting industry events, collaborating with industry partners and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).
Working Location: City Hall
Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Thur), 8.30am-5.30pm (Fri)
Strategy Development & Research
Conduct in-depth analysis of successful STEM and life sciences education/career social media campaigns globally and locally
Develop detailed audience personas and platform preferences for key segments (students, parents, and teachers) in the Singapore context
Create a comprehensive content strategy with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
Design a 12-month social media playbook with scalable outreach recommendations
Content Creation & Campaign Execution
Develop engaging social media content tailored for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and audience segments
Create posts including visual designs, copywriting, and messaging frameworks
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and industry partners for content development and approval
Execute social media campaigns and monitor performance metrics
Events Management
Support the planning and execution of talent recruitment events in collaboration with industry and IHL partners
Coordinate pre-event marketing and social media promotion
Manage event logistics and stakeholder communications
Develop post-event content for social media platforms
Support other relevant industry events as required
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with company's BMC team for brand alignment and marketing integration
Collaborate within the Healthcare Industry team to ensure strategic alignment
Liaise with industry and IHL partners for events and content development
Coordinate with external vendors when required (event companies, designers, videographers)
