Working Location: Bendemeer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm | 2 - 4 Shifts a week

Job Scope:

• Assist with the check-in of customers

• Provide guidance to customers on the kiosk usage

• Manage the customers effectively in the case of big group arrival, walk-in, latecomers and difficult customers

• Conduct first cut assessment to determine the urgency of walk-in customers

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only

• Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Customer Service Oriented with good interpersonal skills
