Description:
Assist customers on booking of facilities
Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and being prompt in their payment
Manage the mailbox and ensure timely follow up on any booking requests received
Attend to users’ feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints
To follow-thru any booking requests received (end-to-end process)
Analyse/prepare booking reports when necessary
Assist to perform user administration and system tests for the mobile application
Requirements
Microsoft Office and Excel
Customer Service Background
Good writing and communication skills
2 years of experience in customer service
Prior experience with facility bookings is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
$2,500 - $2,600 Per Month
12 days of Annual Leaves and 14 days of MC
Flexible working attire and future hybrid working arrangements
Weekly Recreational activities for staffs
Work hours and location
5 days (Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm)
