Salary Range: SGD 2,500 – 3,500 + OT Pay + AWS + VB
Employment Type: Full-time | 5-day work week (8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon to Fri) | No night shifts
Industry: Semiconductor / Wafer Fab

• Operate wafer and die testing equipment as per daily production schedule.

• Conduct die sorting on dedicated sorting platforms.

• Ensure accurate execution of testing processes following SOPs.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety according to 6S standards in the cleanroom.

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Science, or related fields

• Able to read and understand basic English instructions and equipment labels

• Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office)

• Comfortable working in cleanroom environments

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China

• Prior Fab experience (6"/8" wafer) is a plus
