About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficient workflow, and lead a team of technicians and mechanics. The ideal candidate is reliable, technically skilled, and able to manage schedules and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations

• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor job progress

• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Conduct routine inspections on work quality and equipment condition

• Monitor inventory and order necessary tools, parts, or supplies

• Liaise with clients/customers on service updates and delivery timelines

• Maintain service records, job sheets, and reports

• Train and guide junior technicians and new staff

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar role

• Technical certification/diploma in mechanical, automotive, or related field

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Familiar with workshop tools, repair procedures, and safety regulations
