Human Resource Executive - #1098138

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).  
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, training).  
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.  

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing (CPF contributions, tax filings, leave management).  
- Administer employee benefits (insurance, claims, bonuses).  
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS regulations.  

3. Employee Relations & Engagement: 
- Handle employee queries and grievances.  
- Organize engagement activities (team-building, wellness programs).  
- Maintain a positive workplace culture.  

4. Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes.  
- Track employee performance and provide HR insights.  \

5. Compliance & HR Policies:
- Ensure adherence to MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations.  
- Update HR policies in line with labour laws.  
- Maintain proper HR records and prepare reports.  

6. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.  
- Support career development initiatives.  

7. HR Administration:  
- Maintain employee records (personal files, attendance, leave).  
- Prepare HR letters (employment contracts, confirmation, termination).  
- Manage work pass applications/renewals.  

Requirements: 
- Education: Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.  
- Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in Singapore).  
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore labour laws (Employment Act, CPF, MOM guidelines).
