FROSIO Level 3 Insulation Inspector - #1098100

Job Requirements

• Review EPIC procedures, Work Methodology, ITPs, Technical Data sheets for compliance with Project Specification and HSE requirement.

• Engage to carry out mock up insulation panel for various classes of insulation for various materials.

• Monitoring contractor qualification for coatings, fireproofing and insulation scope. Random verification of material compliance & storage. Flag up nonconforming material for quarantine and disposal.

• Surveillance and stage wise inspections of coating & surface condition, weather condition, insulation on piping, equipment, pressure vessels, Living quarters. Verifying material, cladding.

• Review final document submissions i.e. Reports, Material certificates, Weather conditions, carryover works, punch list close out. Ensure compliance to project specification, ITP, Standards.

• Participate in Kick off meetings, JSA Meetings, Production meetings with EPIC, Contractor and update Management about progress, lags via weekly reports.

• Participate as a company representative during Mechanical Completion walkabouts along with EPIC and Contractor teams.

• Monitor manpower, equipment, material, consumables loading onsite and look ahead for continued productivity and achieving milestones

Work Experience

Academic : Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma from University or equivalent.

Certifications : FROSIO Level 3 Insulation Inspector or ICORR level 3 Insulation Inspector
