Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals and expand market presence in Singapore.

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 10+ employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and optimal use of resources.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives to drive revenue growth.

• Manage the business unit’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness to their needs.

• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of quality in all products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in managing a business unit with full P&L responsibility. Prior experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Results-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
