Property Manager
(Monday - Friday)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Basic Salary: $4800 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians and Property Officers in preventive maintenance tasks.

• Ensure full compliance with all service agreement obligations.

• Oversee maintenance and installation works to meet building codes and statutory regulations.

• Manage building risk, safety, and security operations.

• Ensure all works comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and relevant authority requirements.

• Be well-versed in application procedures, submission processes, and regulatory enforcement.

• Organize training programs to enhance team skills.

• Oversee both property and project management services.

Requirements:

• Good teamwork and leadership

• Able to coordinate with external agencies and contractor

• Knowledge in property management in town council / estate management
