Position : Senior QA Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining certifications for our aviation organization.
Key Responsibilities :
· Lead and implement and manage Quality management systems and airworthiness to ascertain full compliance with relevant Aerospace standards and airworthiness requirements, continual improvement of company performance in terms of quality systems, products quality and safety interact with all level of employees and our suppliers and customers to achieve common goals.
· Ensure compliance with applicable airworthiness requirements and obtain approvals from authorities ( e.g. CAAS, EASA, FAA ) and aircraft manufactures.
· Maintains valid approvals and complies with airworthiness regulations.
· Strengthens Quality systems to Aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.
· Strengthens products Quality acceptance standards.
· Improves staff competencies and qualification.
· Production and QA acceptance processes are in compliance with QMS and regulations.
· Conducts internal quality audits on all levels, resolves process quality conflicting / interfacing issues within organization.
· Review inadequacies and challenges, communicates and works with authorities / customers reviews documents / record.
· Review and provides relevant quality requirements and QA guideline , resolves interface issues, releases certifications.
· Supervises, assesses and provides training, guidance and sets acceptable means of compliance or productivity.
· Observes, reports and reviews evidences, follows up corrective actions, provides resources for records retention systems.
Key Decisions / Supervision :
· QA Departmental administrative , operational and interface matters.
· Approving new suppliers including overseas organisations and repair stations.
· Issuing authorisations to inspectors, certifying staff, and personal affecting airworthiness.
· Setting procedures / standardising dispositions on quality issues at all levels, including external parties.
· Reporting incidents that are mandatory by airworthiness requirements.
· Approving certificates and QMS documents
· Coordinating warranties, and resolve issues relating to customers and third parties.
· Communicating with certification / regulatory bodies.
· Exercising capacity listed in the exposition manuals and / or regulatory requirements.
· Purchasing of major inspection equipment.
· Receiving relevant training for staff other than QA department.
Job Requirements :-
· Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering / quality assurance.
· Minimum 10 year working experience in aviation or similar industries and familiar with QA systems.
· Familiar with CAAS / FAA / EASA rules, and position must be recognized by the Authorities.
· Recognised degree / diploma in mechanical or quality assurance or equivalence.
· PC skills
