Retail Sales Executive (Furniture & Beddings) - #1097278

Responsibilities:  

• Provide customers with good service and soft sell effectively. 

• Actively seek out customers, to greet every walk-in customer. 

• Provide pleasant, professional advice without hard selling. 

• Ability to use a consultative selling approach: being attentive to customers preferences, questions and competitor’s product, pricing and promo. 

• Professional knowledge on products and their features 

• Provide follow up on customer’s enquiries, deliveries, issues and payment matters. 

• Attractive commission scheme for achieving personal and department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis 

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 

• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product suitability 

• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service 

• Comply with inventory control procedures 

• Maintain stock-count and keep assigned areas clean 

Requirements: 

• Keen in Home Furnishing & Decoration, prior knowledge is advantageous 

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 

• Strong communication skills

• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus 

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner 

• Relevant experience of selling bedding, furniture and/or consumer electrical products, Air-con will be an added advantage 

• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays 

• Able to attend company-sponsored PWM/OPW training.
