Full spectrum of HR functions
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee life cycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy in monthly submissions in coordination with payroll vendors.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems in compliance with PDPA regulations.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with Singapore’s employment laws (e.g., Employment Act, CPF, MOM guidelines).
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Support talent acquisition efforts such as posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries, company policies, and benefits.
Support HR audits and internal reporting requirements.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Infotech, SAP or similar platforms).
