The Manager will assist the Vice President (VP) for Defence Business Office-Digital Systems, for building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and driving capability development & business opportunities for revenue growth. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for pursuing business opportunities through clientele and vendor engagements.

  •  Assist the VP in developing and implementing strategies to grow clientele’s awareness & adoption of our solutions and products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through organisation of corporate visits and clients engagements.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

  • Prepare and present regular reports or briefs on business development activities and results.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company and products.

Qualities We Value

  •  Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline preferred

  • Experience in business development, or capability development in a relevant industry or government agency.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
