As an Admin Executive, you play a vital role in our administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform Administrative duties for the office and our projects.
Coordinate the upkeep (pantry and office supplies, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, etc.) of the office environment.
Planning and executing engaging team-building activities (company lunches, off-site team building events, etc.) to foster camaraderie and teamwork.
Accurate and efficient data entry to maintain critical records.
Supporting Accounting functions, including invoicing, expense preparation, fixed asset register maintenance, and other related tasks.
Supporting HR functions, including onboarding, employee record management, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
At least GCE ‘O’ Level.
At least 2 years of relevant skills experience.
MUST HAVES – To articulate and demonstrate.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information
Added advantage if the candidate possesses knowledge and proficiency in:
Knowledge of MYOB accounting software
Basic accounting knowledge
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English.
Candidates without experience with a positive learning attitude and the required knowledge and skills are welcome to apply.
Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.

5-day work week (4 days in the Office & 1 day Work from Home)
Monday - Thursday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
