M&E Engineers ( ACMV / HVAC ) - #1097851

Salary: $3500 - $4500

Location: North / Woodlands

Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, including chiller systems, ventilation systems, building management systems.

• Installation, maintenance & operation of ACMV systems

• On-site electrical installation, coordinate with contractor planning and execute Electrical projects works.
  

• High-Tension (H/T) and Low-Tension (L/T) and drawing.

• Conduct site measurements and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.        

• Relevant years of experience in ACMV / HVAC 

• Coordinate M & E works and coordinate with clients, contractors on technical matters

• Ensure timely and smooth progress
