Food Court Area Manager - #1097941

We’re hiring on behalf of a trusted F&B group looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple food courts and coffee shops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of food courts and coffee shops across assigned locations

• Lead and guide outlet managers to meet sales, service, and cleanliness standards

• Ensure smooth tenant management – sourcing, onboarding, lease renewals, and rental collections

• Build strong working relationships with landlords, vendors, and regulatory bodies

• Monitor outlet performance and provide monthly reports to senior management

• Conduct hygiene and service audits regularly

• Handle manpower planning, staff development, and performance reviews

• Manage cost control and budgeting for all assigned outlets

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B operations, preferably in a multi-outlet management role

• Class 3 Driving License (Vehicle Provided)
