Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $6500 + AWS + VB

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)

• Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including project and system engineers, to deliver project management, system commissioning, pre-sales support, and technical services in alignment with customer requirements and company goals

• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative work culture

• Assign responsibilities effectively based on individual strengths and expertise to optimize team productivity and project outcomes

• Establish and maintain clear communication channels to ensure the team is updated on project progress, organizational developments, and key information

• Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and offer constructive feedback to support employee growth and career progression

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance, and Admin departments to ensure technical activities align with broader business objectives

• Evaluate new products and systems for potential integration into the company’s offerings to enhance customer value and competitiveness

• Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities and tender submissions to secure new projects

• Manage the procurement and inventory of company equipment, ensuring resource availability for ongoing and upcoming projects

• Prepare and manage project budgets, including capital expenditure proposals and investment plans for systems, equipment, or resources

• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards, in accordance with ISO 9002 subcontractor control procedures

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health regulations across all systems and processes

• Maintain consistent quality assurance to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics) or equivalent

• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers

• Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent project management skills

• Able to work independently and make good decisions
