Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for an Customer Service (Engineer).

Job Description

• Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Address and resolve customer issues promptly

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment

• Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements

• Communicate effectively with clients and Japan headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

• Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

• Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients

• Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience of working experience as Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer

• Working in Semi-conductor Industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage

• To work independently and willing to ask for support 

• Patient, flexible, and work with great hospitality

• Willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies

• Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines
