Summary:
We are looking for a customer service officer in the freight management. The candidate should posses experiences in preparation of shipping documents.
Responsibilities:
Takes in orders from local and overseas, process booking with shipping carriers and vendors
Ensure smooth operation of airfreight and sea freight shipment, Import, export and crosstrade
Maintaining a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders which includes agent and new/existing customers, cross-functional team
Handle, attend and resolve all customers complain and enquires
Prepare full set shipment documentation
Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Require in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
